Dos Amores

Hi, I’m Victoria van Aert — the heart behind Dos Amores Taco foodtruck. My love for food began in the vibrant streets of Zacatecas, Mexico, where I was born. Growing up, my family moved to the United States, giving me the chance to experience two cultures and their incredible cuisines. From a young age, I found myself most at home in the kitchen, surrounded by my family, learning to recreate the soulful flavors that remind me of home.
